The organization’s board of directors is composed of cross-professionals, including senior mentors, senior information technology personnel, senior financial asset consultants, lawyers and accountants.

The board of directors is directly authorized by the general meeting of members and consists of an executive committee, a project approval office and an advisory bureau.

The Board of Directors is mainly responsible for supervising the smooth operation of the Executive Committee’s services, project approval, proper use of fund allocations, and listening to the opinions of the Advisory Board.

With the assistance of the Finance and Secretariat, the Executive Committee is responsible for daily operations, including various projects and charitable funds.
